Beautiful hotel with a fantastic location in the Old Quarter. The spacious Beautiful Family Room allowed us to enjoy a cozy escape with clean, well-decorated interiors. The standout features were the two bathrooms, a huge plus for a family. Huge windows offered a lovely view. The buffet breakfast had a great selection of both local and Western dishes. Staff, especially Kim at the front desk. On the downside, the family room felt a bit cramped for five of us. Limited luggage space forced us to live out of our suitcases. Some evenings, the rooftop bar was quieter than expected, but it provided a peaceful atmosphere to enjoy the view. Despite this, the hotel's overall charm and amenities were nice.

It was perfect 10/10 experience, didn't want to say goodbye.

The room turned out to be tastefully decorated and brand-new with a birthday cake, wine, for instance. The location of the property was perfect and magnificent as we were not far from Hanoi's Old Quarter and French Quarter, a steak house, and other facilities.

Couple getaway that delivers

The room is so clean, bed was really comfy, and the staff were super kind and helpful. We had our anniversary trip and they decorated the room which was a nice surprise.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still reasonable.

The breakfast spread was amazing, with some of the best bacon and French toast I've ever had! I loved relaxing in the jacuzzi and getting a full body massage at the spa, which really added to my experience. Just a heads up, the shower grout could use a little touch-up, but it didn't take away from what was otherwise a fantastic stay 😊
